The 2017 Peugeot 5008 is a C-class 7-seat crossover SUV unveiled in October 2016 at the Paris Motor Show. Now it in its second generation, but in the first life, it was a typical MPV. The new 5008 is 19 cm longer than the previous model, offering more space for rear passengers. With the third-row seats down it boasts a 1,060-litre boot space. This grows up to 1940 litres if you down the second and third-row seats and load it up to the roof. The styling of the newbie has common lines with a Peugeot 3008 and looks stronger, larger and faster than the outgoing MPV. The interior of the 2017 Peugeot 5008 features an updated i-Cockpit cabin design with a huge 12.3-inch display used for the dashboard and a smaller 8-inch screen mounted on the centre console. Under the bonnet could be installed one of the wide range of both petrol and diesel engines from a small 1.2-litre unit to a most powerful 2.0-litre power station paired with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmissions. The crossover is available only with a front-wheel drive.
