The 2017 Peugeot 301 is an updated version of the 2012 model, unveiled in November 2016. The new 301 got a new front bumper and head lights, refreshed hood and radiator grille. The new bumper received a LED daytime lights. Inside there is a new infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen display, 3D TomTom navigation system, reversing camera, and support for MirrorLink, Android Auto, and Apple Carplay. The range of range of safety equipment includes ABS, ESP, EBA (emergency brake assist) and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS). The 2017 Peugeot 301 could be equipped with a new 1.2L PureTech 3-cylinder 82 hp petrol engine, which already used on other models of the French brand, with the 1.6L VTi 115hp petrol motor, which could be paired with the latest version of the EAT6 automatic transmission, and with the 1.6L BlueHDi 100hp diesel engine.
