Some cars designed and manufactured by Opel are also marketed under the Buick marque in the North America and China, as the Holden in Australia and New Zealand, and the Vauxhall in Britain. This brand won the European Car of the Year award five times: in 1985, 1987, 2009, 2012 and 2016.
