The 2017 Maserati Quattroporte is a performance luxury sedan unveiled in 2016. It is an updated version of 2013 model which received a refreshed exterior with a new grille, reshaped bumpers, slightly changed mirrors and skirts, a bit more chrome.
Inside there is refined interior with a high-resolution 8.4-inch touchscreen of the infotainment system compatible with an Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an updated lower console with a new central control rotary knob, new buttons and other small details. Safety systems now include active cruise control, lane-departure and forward-collision warning with auto braking systems, 360-degree surround-view camera. For 2017 model year Maserati introduced two new trims for Quattroporte: more luxury GranLusso and sportier GranSport.
The new Quattroporte keeps the same powertrains unchanged. It could be equipped with a 404 hp 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6, a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-8 with a 523 hp output or 3.0-litre turbodiesel V6 engine making 271 hp. All engines are work with an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission. The 2017 Maserati Quattroporte S available with a rear or all-wheel drive systems. The most powerful Quattroporte GTS version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds with a top speed at 310 km/h.
