The 2017 Lexus LC 500 coupe was introduced by Japan brand in January 2016 at the North American International Auto Show. The exterior of a grand tourer combines athletic aerodynamic shape with sharp curves and classic coupe proportions. In front the attention of the observer is drawn by the massive front grille and superior optics connected with additional air inlets.
The interior design continues the exterior dynamic styling combining luxury, elegance and usability. On the leather-trimmed centre console, there is a 10.3-inch screen of infotainment system controlled by a Remote Touch Interface with a touch pad placed near the lever. The heated and ventilated seats could be replaced by its sports versions and the glass roof with sunshade and instead of glass roof with sunshade customers can choose optional carbon-fiber roof.
The LC 500 coupe equipped with a 5.0-litre 32-valve 471 hp V8 engine paired with a new 10-speed automatic gearbox which transmits power to rear wheels. There is also included adaptive suspension and optional four-wheel active steering system. This model will be available in a hybrid version too, featuring a 3.5-liter V6 engine and a hybrid electric transmission with a combined 354 hp output.
