The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica - is a luxury minivan, introduced at the 2016 North American International Auto Show. In a Chrysler model range, it replaced Town & Country minivan and old Pacifica crossover. The Pacifica powered by a new edition of the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine (287 hp / 262 lb-ft), which features VVT and FlexFuel technologies and works with 9-speed automatic transmission from ZF. There is also available plug-in hybrid model Pacifica Hybrid, which can run for 30 miles on 16-kWh Lithium-ion batteries only.
The design of the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica features a sportier silhouette and sculpted body inspired by crossovers. Chrome accents, LED lighting, optional 20-inch wheels and automatic sliding doors offer a premium look to the family minivan. There are 8 seats for passengers inside (7 in a hybrid model), front seats are heated and ventilated, second-row only heated. To keep family safe Pacifica features several technologies like Lane Keep Assist, Active Braking System, Adaptive Cruise Control or 360° Surround View Camera. To keep interior clean helps optional integrated vacuum. The infotainment system is equipped with the 8.4-inch touchscreen, two additional 10,1 displays for second-row seats, Harman Kardon Surround Sound System with 20 speakers, plus SiriusXM® Satellite Radio 30 with a one-year subscription also available.
